I am using this lens mount adapter with the Helios 44M lens on the Canon R6 Mark II. It allows for infinity focus. Also — the body cover to RF cameras is different from that for EF cameras. The RF body cover fits perfectly well on the back of this lens adapter.
This adapter claims to maintain infinity focus on Canon RF mounts, but does not do so. The adapter does not provide focus beyond 11 feet (I physically measured the distance to the infinity focus point), I'm using a Helios 44-2 58mm f2.0 lens for testing.
