    Low profile when coupling two ethercon cables. Works well with regular ethernet cables as well. Would be 5-stars if the price were lower.

    Are these shielding compatible? I want to use these to bring two shielded etherCon cables together between SoundTools CAT Tails. Will these carry the shielding/ground in-line?

    The Neutrik etherCON Cat 6a Feedthrough Coupler mates to all etherCON Cat 6 (NE8MX*) and etherCON Cat 6A (NE8MX6*) cable connectors and cable connector carriers. The Neutrik etherCON Cat 6a Feedthrough Coupler does not mate to etherCON Cat 6 (NE8MC6-MO and NKE6S-* cable assemblies).
