FREEFLY Alta 8 Pro

Following up on the heels of the original Alta 8, the FREEFLY Alta 8 Pro features open PX4 integration that adds waypoint technology, PX4/QGroundContol/Pixhawk flight planning, 3rd-party app/utility integration using Dronecode or MAVlink, and advanced, high-bandwidth position hold. Waypoint technology is a GPS navigation feature that allows preprogrammed movements and autopilot functionality. The Alta 8 Pro is an octo-rotor drone that lets you mount an optional MoVI gimbal with a camera weighing up to a combined 20 lb. The gimbal and camera can be mounted on top or below the airframe to capture aerial imaging from virtually any angle.
