This instantly converted a cheap backpack into a decent camera bag. It also strings closed and will keep your gear waterproof if your pack get rained on. I keep it on the bottom of a small backpack and I stack small COB lights and cords atop. I like that it’s not too expensive like other rugggard gear.

This fits my camera, a 55mm prime lens, a 80-200mm telephoto lens, and has room for extras like film or maybe a flash. Great price, adjustable Velcro dividers to customize your own set up. Bought this to fit in my carry-on bag.

Would this work with an F Stop medium slope in a Loka bag? I have a Sigma Sport 70-200 which id like to put in this and use with the F Stop Medium Slope, i have a Z6ii, ,14-30 and 24-70.

I am sorry that I can't answer this question. I don't know anything about Loka bags or your gear. It holds my Olympus OM-D camera and pro zoom. It is well made and has good cushioning. Best of luck.
