Perfect for my backpack.

I'm a casual shooter and wanted a way to organize my backpack so my gear wasn't bouncing around. Fit perfectly into a Michael Koors backpack my wife had bought me. Hold my XM5, my helios 44-2 and rokinon 35mm Cine lens and my IT30 Pro flash.

It's not rigid enough

This bag is very floppy. The split on the short side make the bag prone to collapse, thus it gets very hard to place a camera w/lens attached in it. The drawstring top also gets in the way. I was planning to use this as a camera insert in a regular day pack, but it's pretty much unusable for that purpose.

Would this work with an F Stop medium slope in a Loka bag? I have a Sigma Sport 70-200 which id like to put in this and use with the F Stop Medium Slope, i have a Z6ii, ,14-30 and 24-70.

I am sorry that I can't answer this question. I don't know anything about Loka bags or your gear. It holds my Olympus OM-D camera and pro zoom. It is well made and has good cushioning. Best of luck.
