Senal UEM-155-35H-BE Omni Earset Microphone with 3.5mm Locking Connector for Sennheiser Transmitters (Beige)

The Beige UEM-155-35H-BE Omnidirectional Earset Microphone with 3.5mm Locking Connector for Sennheiser Transmitters from Senal is a low-profile, lightweight, and miniature hands-free microphone with a flexible boom arm that can be worn on either ear. It can be used to deliver rich, accurate, and natural-sounding audio in vocal and speech applications for theater performances, lectures, houses of worship, and more.

The adjustable ear loop comfortably conforms to your ear, and the boom can be precisely placed to deliver an accurate sound. The UEM-155 microphone capsule is optimized to capture rich and natural-sounding speech or vocals, and provides high gain before feedback. The microphone's proximity to the mouth assures accuracy and clarity.

For Sennheiser Bodypack Transmitters
The UEM-155 features a 3.5mm Locking connector for connectivity with Sennheiser Bodypack Transmitters. The four-foot cable is long enough that it won't restrict your movements while speaking or performing.
Speech and Vocals
The UEM-155 is optimized for the voice. It features a rich and natural sound, whether you're speaking or singing. Proximity to the microphone limits volume fluctuations and assures that the mic is always in a suitable position to capture your voice.
Omnidirectional Polar Pattern
The miniature omnidirectional capsule ensures low sensitivity to vocal pops or plosives. Its accurate and natural sound eliminates the proximity effect, which can make your voice sound deep and boomy as you move closer to the microphone.
Low Profile
Thanks to the narrow mic boom, an earpiece that tucks neatly behind your ear, and the option of black or tan colors, the UEM-155 is inconspicuous and won't be a distraction to your audience.
High Gain Before Feedback
The UEM-155 has been optimized to drastically reduce the possibility of feedback that can interrupt programs and performances. This microphone can tolerate high levels of amplification, so you can use it in large rooms or when performing on a loud, live stage environment.
Windscreen and Clothing Clip
For the quietest performance, the included windscreen minimizes unwanted noise from wind or moving air. The clothing clip affixes the mic cable to clothes and prevents handling or cable noise.

Sennheiser XSW1 Reviews

Great Value Mic

I am a magician, and this functions perfectly for my shows. It is great if you are the only one going to use it, and you can take care of it--I would say the case is more plastic than other Sennheiser mics that I've used in other venues. This is a quality mic at a great price point. There are a few small compromises from more expensive mics (build is more plastic, no external charging--you need to take batteries out to charge, more limited channels, screen is not backlit).

works perfect

how many transmitters could i use with 1 receiver ?
Asked by: Rustam
This is a single receiver system that works with only one transmitter. If you require additional mics, then you would use full systems for each mic set to different frequencies.

How do I record to an SD card? Or how do we record on these?
Asked by: Joshua
The Sennheiser XSW 1 DUAL 2-Person Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System Kit (A: 548 to 572 MHz) does not have an SD card slot for recording. You would connect the XLR outputs on the back, into an audio recorder, to be able to get the audio onto an SD card.

The default sensitivity is -30. Is it recommended to put it higher to -15 or is -30 good? I am recording educational lectures in a studio space.
Asked by: John
I would recommend doing a test recording with the mic starting off with the default sensitivity setting. Experiment with the settings as well as the positioning of the mic to find the combination that works best for you. When you do the test recordings, you can say which setting you are using for the sensitivity level and where the mic is placed. Just speak and record, and that way you can easily listen back and compare the audio clips without having to remember how everything was set up.

Are there other frequency range units available?
Asked by: john w
I'm sorry, but that system is only available within one frequency range. For more available ranges, I would recommend considering the more professional EW 100 G4 systems, like these: https://bhpho.to/3a3qpaM

If I bought 2 of these, could I run all 4 mics simultaneously without frequency interference?
Asked by: Chris
Just to clarify, I believe the question is asking, bases on buying two of these kits, if you can use all four mics. I believe you can only use either the handheld or the lapel as there is only one receiver. So the question should not be if their is interference, it should be can the reciever take both mics, and I believe the answer is no.

Yes, you can use both transmitters at the same time with the Sennheiser EM-XSW 1 receiver. The receiver has two separate channels so it works with two wireless transmitters/microphones at the same time.
