If you want to save a stand to place a frame with silk or a flag, this is the ideal item, but do not buy the Kupo brand. Buy it in the Impact brand and now I'll explain. I have almost all my equipment in the Kupo brand, from High Combos, Mini Booms, C stands and gripperia, but precisely in this product that is the Kupo Grip Head with hexagonal bolt or Kupo Super Convi they have failed. As another comment says, the hex bolt is too short and slips. Does not adjust. It is falling little by little. I have put flags and frame with silk on a giraffe or 40 arm and it does not support it. It falls off little by little. This item is not designed to support light weight. I do not know what it is made for, but I bought the Same article in Impact brand and it is excellent. The hex bolt is larger and supports the weight of a banner or diffuser frame with extension arm. I am very happy with the purchase of this item from Impact and very disappointed in Kupo.
