Bought 2 and neither work in Win10 USB 3.0 ports, only works in 2.0 ports.

I was excited about my purchase after my old SanDisk Cruiser Glide 64GB decided to retire after 7 years of great service. I am a bit disappointed with this new SanDisk 256GB Ultra Luxe Flash drive for two reasons. Firstly, It is very tight and does not fit into all my USB ports. Secondly, The occasional time I forced into one of the ports and transferred some files into it, It became very hot. I have now resulted to loading it with all movies and using it as storage instead of being able to transfer files from one device to another as I had intended it.

I own several of these drives. A bit hard to mount to be honest (you have to push them / pull them hard) but otherwise, fantastic speed and reliability.

This is the third Flash Drive I am buying from SanDisk. They fill out fast even at 512GB. Very fast and portable, I just keep them in my bag pocket, carrying a back up of my important files. Very sturdy.

I bought this item from you weeks ago, today was trying to copy paste from PC to USB 6.80Gb Video in Mkv format, but it's doesnt allows me "telling that file is too big for the final file system ", but at the same time, i have another sandisk usb 128Gb, which allows me to copy paste same video file size without an a any problem, so what's the problem?

You may need to reformat the drive to NTFS or exFAT. This would lift the limitation.

Yes, the SanDisk 512GB Ultra Luxe USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A Flash Drive can be connected to the USB type-A port on Sound Devices MixPre II series or to a USB hub connected to the USB Type-A port. The MixPre II has the ability to auto-copy recorded data from the SD card to a formatted USB Type-A flashdrive.
