This small, open Angled-Front Desktop Rack Stand, 8 RU from Lowell Manufacturing is ideal for small AV installations that don't need a full-sized rack enclosure. Consisting of black powder epoxy finished, 16 gauge steel base components, and two 11 gauge powder coated steel risers, the rack stand arrives unassembled and includes the assembly hardware. the two risers are pre-drilled and tapped with 10-32 holes for mounting up to 80 lb of gear.

The open design provides plenty of ventilation and access, while the 10° angle to the rack front provides a better view of the front panels of your equipment than a rack without an angled front. If you choose to leave the rack stand freestanding instead of installing it more permanently, the included rubber feet allow you to place the rack on a floor or desktop, while helping to protect the finish of the support, be it floor or desktop.
