The ball head adapter is a welcome part of the Kupo Super Grip family of products and a useful tool to add to your grip kit. This piece of hardware is simple yet versatile and helpful for setting select light fixtures, such as light tubes or pin spots, in otherwise difficult positions. It may also come in handy for precision framing for tabletop photography. The base of the ball head sports a 3/8"-16 female thread, while the ball itself carries an integrated 3/8"-16 screw. I needed to angle a stereo bar holding a pair of heavy microphones to record a vibraphone in a smallish booth without letting the other end of the boom bump into the booth wall. This ball head is a beast and has no problem with the weight. I didn't expect it to be so large or heavy-duty, but I'm thrilled that it is.

I have a luxli fiddle light. I think think the scre is 3/16. Is there a way to adjust this ballhead for that?

The Luxli Fiddel has a 1/4 20 female thread Impact Small 3/8"-16 Female Threaded Adapter to 1/4"-20 Male Threaded Post will let you. This will let you use the Kupo Super grip ball head.
