HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision compatibility provide a wide color gamut for compatible content.
The A8G series has built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity to allow access to the Google Play store, your favorite apps, and internet-based content via its Android operating system, plus content sharing and screen mirroring with your other compatible smart devices such as your smartphone or tablet. The Vewd web browser is also available for download through the Google Play store. With four HDMI inputs, there are multiple options for connecting high-definition video sources. A composite video input is also available for connecting legacy equipment, while three USB ports are onboard for connecting compatible multimedia peripherals like flash drives.

Acoustic Surface Audio
Thanks to two built-in actuators, audio emanates from the screen itself, helping to immerse you in your movies and TV shows.
4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme
The 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme features real-time image processing for detailed images and upscaling everything you watch to near-4K HDR quality.
OLED Technology
Each pixel is its own light source, which creates the potential for the display to produce true black levels, helping to enhance contrast and overall color accuracy.
IMAX Enhanced
IMAX Enhanced certification designates that the A8G meets certain audio and video performance criteria set by a committee of IMAX and DTS engineers and A/V technical specialists. These criteria include image, sound, scale, and content quality. Onboard IMAX calibrated modes are set and approved by Hollywood colorists to help provide enhanced picture and sound for HDR UHD content.
Dolby Vision Compatibility
Dolby Vision is an HDR solution designed to create an immersive cinematic experience with deep black levels and vibrant colors.
TRILUMINOS Display
TRILUMINOS Display technology is engineered to map colors from a wide palette to faithfully reproduce every shade and hue.
Simple Soundbar Placement
Installing the stand backwards adds extra height, allowing you to place your soundbar without compromising your viewing experience.
Google Assistant Built-In
You can ask the Google Assistant to find your favorites or control the TV or other connected compatible devices using just your voice.
Works with Amazon Alexa
Connect your Amazon Alexa-enabled devices for seamless hands-free control of the TV. With Amazon Alexa, you can power on the TV, change channels, control the volume, and more.
Integrated Cable Management

Connect with Google Home
Your Google Home ecosystem can provide hands-free control of the TV, allowing you to find and cast your favorite videos to the TV with just your voice.
Super Bit Mapping HDR
Super Bit Mapping HDR is designed to create a smooth, natural image while you watch, without color banding.
4K X-Reality PRO
This feature helps sharpen and refine images in real time to reveal additional detail.
Dual Database Processing
One database is used to clean the picture, reducing on-screen noise, while the other is used to upscale the resolution for enhanced clarity. These databases work together to dynamically enhance pixels in real time.
Motionflow XR
Motionflow XR technology is designed to create and insert extra frames between the original frames by comparing key visual factors on successive frames and calculating the instant of missing action.
Chromecast built-in
The A8G has Chromecast built-in, allowing you to cast your favorite entertainment from your compatible device onto the TV. It supports Android, iOS, and other operating systems.
Clear Phase for Balanced Frequencies
The A8G uses a computer model to analyze and compensate for inaccuracies in speaker response by sampling the speaker frequency with high precision. This information is fed back to cancel out any peaks or dips in the speaker's natural response to help produce pure, natural audio with smooth, even reproduction of all frequencies.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Pair your compatible Bluetooth headphones with the TV to enjoy TV shows and music without disturbances or interruptions.
S-Force Front Surround
This technology is designed to mimic the way the brain correlates sound sources to create proper volume, time lag, and sound wave spectrum, using only the TVs left and right speakers, to help provide rich, high-fidelity audio across a wide listening area.
