Since the Canon Sumire Prime Lenses cover a full frame (36mm x 24mm) image circle, there will be a slight darkening of the corners at the wides apertures when shooting at 4.5K LF 3:2 Open Gate.

No, the Canon 35 mm Sumire Prime T1.5 (PL Mount, Feet) does not support sending EXIF Metadata to the connected camera.
