Each of the soft, rubber wheels feature independent wheel locks to hold the dolly in position. Each leg telescopes from 10.6 to 16.1" long for a variable footprint based on your tripod size and height. The lightweight dolly weighs approximately 3.5 lb and its legs fold in for storage.
