Bought this charger and two Watson batteries would not charge sent charger and batteries back and got new ones these did not charge either I kept the charger because it charged an old battery I had I have had Watson’s products before never had an issue these not so much

This charger seems to work ok. Batteries fir a bit tighter than on a Canon branded charger and it doesn't seem to have the build quality of the real Canon charger, but it's about 1/4th the price and it does charge the batteries.

Is this Charger compatible with he canon rebel xti battery

No, this charger will not work for the Rebel XTi. The XTi uses the NB-2LH battery. https://bhpho.to/3zcr4o9 The above charger will work.
