color id for ulxd and qlxd
these rings really help out in identifying which mic i want to manipulate on the mixer. they are really small so if your more than 75 ft away you may not know what color your looking at. im about 65ft from stage and i have good sight still and sometimes i have a hard time telling if its yellow or white or blue and green. i wish shure made some in neon colors, but they dont. they slide on and off really easily. dont interfere with the mic clip at all.
Easy to use
I love the rings, makes ID easier. I only wish it was a bit thicker. maybe an 1/8 inch thicker but 1/4inch more would be nice. just so it really pops out. blue and Green is harder to spot Red yellow white are easier. so if the lenght of the ring was a bit wider i think it would make it easier to ID other than that, these fit nice and tight and wont fall off. they also protect your contact point. its just plastic and at 4.50 a piece its a bit pricey but what can you do about it. i highly recommend these id rings.
