Yes there will be an app for IOS but you will need to purchase the Zoom BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter. (B&H# ZOZBTA1)

How do I sync time code between Canon C70 and Zoom F6?
I haven't tried. There's a 3.5mm jack on the side for timecode output. If there's a jack for timecode input on the camera, I assume it will work by connecting with the appropriate wire and setting both devices to communicate with that timecode marker.
One thing I do know is that the datetime on the device doesn't always hold if you turn the F6 off for a while or remove the batteries. This has been a problem for me just trying to find the right files to pair with video. I don't know how that would translate with the timecode.

I don't think the F6 takes input of timecode. It generates a tone used for syncing. Honestly, I haven't owned it long enough and nothing I have accepts input for sync tone so I can't really tell you.
