Does this bundle include the 2nd Versions of the Rhino Focus and the Rhino High Speed Motor, as is the current build from Rhino? Or does this come with the first version of those items?
The latest Rhino Camera Gear Focus for Arc II and the latest Rhino Camera Gear High Speed Slider Motor are packaged with the Rhino Camera Gear Ultimate Slider Bundle since the end of November 2021.

Yes it can however you will need to use a normal pan/tilt head for manual operation.
