It is what it is. Not dressy looking but functional if you need the function. Would be great for DVD player. Can hold a laptop but actual utility depends on your presentation style (I still put my laptop on a podium.)

Great product for using with projector table. Works great. Think it should be made out of the same study plastic that the projector table is made of. Not disappointed, just wanting to make the product even better.

question

Will the shelf hold a printer with the movement that it will generate? If not, I will have to place my printer on the top and the laptop on the shelf. I'm using it as a mobile printing station for my photography business.
Asked by: Gregory T.
I don't see a problem with the weight. The printer's motion would cause the whole stand to vibrate side to side, but if you are not using a projector this should not be an issue.

question

What is the material of the hooks that attach to the legs? Are they metal or plastic?
Asked by: Marcy Kay H.
The hooks are made of metal. They are attached by screws or rivets, so they swivel in for storage of the shelf.

question

What is the weight limit on this shelf?
Asked by: Anonymous
I would check with manufacturer on the specific weight, but I put a DVD player on it to watch outdoor movies. This shelf is pretty large and would definitly hold a laptop if you needed a laptop to project images. I am very happy with it for my purposes.
