Azden SGM-3500 Overview

The SGM-3500 Broadcast Shotgun Microphone from Azden is designed for video and audio production with a camcorder, video DSLR, or portable audio recorder. This is a great little on camera mic. I've used it on loads of projects in some rough weather conditions. It performs very well and I'm pleased with the audio quality. Well worth picking up.

How does the Azden 3500 do outside in high temps and humidity?
Asked by: Kevin
The SGM-3500, among other Azden shotguns, was tested in 60C (140F) heat and 90% humidity for 1000 hours. It did not show any degradation in the sensitivity, frequency response and directivity. The test results indicate that the SGM-3500 performs very well in high temps and humidity.
