The Oben ALF-6193 Skysill Series 3-Section Aluminum Tripod does not have a bowl. It is a photo tripod mainly while tripods with a bowl are mainly for video. It has a standard 3/8-16 male stud for mounting the LH-2510 leveling base and/or a tripod head.
