I have relied on B&H and Porta Brace in the past. This rain cover was literally thrown into a cardboard box with no packing or no instructions. It just plain doesn't work. There is an open hole for a shotgun mic. If you aren't using one it is an open hole on top of the camera. I've been using zip-loc bags which work better for me.
It literally looked like somebody had returned this and they just threw it in a box and sent it to me. No protection wrapping or anything. The clear window is scuffed up and quite frankly it looks big enough to fit 2 cameras in it. No instructions or illustrations, no packing slip. Nothing. I think it will protect the camera from rain but disappointing when I compare it to my other PortaBrace purchases.
