This C-Clamp with 5/8"-27 Ball Head Mount ror Microphone Holder from Camvate is more than just a mere mic holder. It is a versatile C-clamp that can attach on flat or cylindrical surfaces such as pipes or stands. It features a clamping range of about 1/8th to 3", and the vinyl-covered clamping surfaces help prevent marring. The clamp itself features 12 x 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes on both sides and the top. It also has a single 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole. Attach the clamp and you have an accessory mounting solution that can support 4.4 pounds.

Included with the clamp is a ball head, a 1/4"-20 threaded rod, and a 1/4"-20 to 5/8"-27 mic holder adapter. You can mount the ball head adapter on the clamp using the threaded rod , with the multiple threaded mounting holes allowing you to get the adapter just where you need it. Then mount the mic holder adapter on the ball head's swiveling 14"-20 stud for additional position refinement. The clamp features a ridged thumbwheel for tightening and loosening the clamp.
