The aluminum Arca-Type Quick Release L-Plate for Small/Medium DSLR Cameras accommodates cameras of this size without battery packs and gives you the ability to mount your camera in a horizontal or vertical orientation. The L-plate also gives you the option of mounting to a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 tripod mount if no Arca-type quick release system is available. A loop is machined at the end of the plate for a hand or shoulder strap.

This arrived with a screw that was too long for my Nikon - unusable, screw bottomed out before camera was tight. I sent an email to CAMVATE and they sent a couple of shorter ones. Works great. Would have been a 5 star review without the delay of shipping a new screw.
