I'm looking for a 1:1 custom mount to a 16 mm animation stand camera (ACME - Photo Sonics prism viewfinder camera) Will this lens adapt?

The Computar 1.1" 25mm f/2.8 12MP Ultra Low Distortion Lens (C-Mount), should mount and offer compatibility with your camera, as long as it features a C-Mount.
