HERCULES Stands HA301 Overview

The Hercules Stand HA301 Narrow Instrument Neck Adjustment is designed to work with the company's Auto Grip System (AGS) guitar stands and brackets. These units affix to the arms of the AGS system to make them thicker, thereby accommodating instruments with narrower necks than traditional guitars.

Use the HA301 with the AGS guitar system, and you can now mount banjos and mandolins in your AGS guitar stand. Two units are provided.

Bought this to hang a tele but unfortunately it did not address the issue and the guitar still hangs at angle.

Yes it should work fine. It slips right over the AGS arms for narrow neck instruments.
