ASUS VT229H 21.5" 16:9 Multi-Touch IPS Monitor

The ASUS VT229H has a 21.5" 16:9 widescreen display that delivers high image quality, thanks to a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 178° IPS wide-viewing-angle panel. With a fast 5 ms response time, you'll get sharp images, and you can also choose your preferred aspect ratio for scaling non-widescreen images - either 16:9 or 4:3 - using the ASUS Aspect ratio control.

To give you a more vivid viewing experience, the VT229H includes some of ASUS' proprietary technologies, such as QuickFit Virtual Scale Scale and Splendid Video Intelligence technologies.

ASUS QuickFit Virtual Scale's onscreen alignment grid overlay helps you align and preview actual-size photos and documents on screen prior to printing, making sure they print properly, with sizes that include 4 x 6", 3 x 5", and 2 x 2".

ASUS Splendid Video Intelligence Technology employs a color engine with eight preset modes. The VT229H has multiple video connectors, including HDMI and VGA inputs, making it suitable for use almost anywhere, including in the home or at the office. It features a circular base with an ergonomically-designed tilting stand that lets you choose a suitable viewing position. The TÜV Rheinland-certified ASUS Blue Light Filter helps protects you from harmful blue light, and you can easily access its four different filter settings via a hotkey.

Level 1 is ideal for normal web browsing and gives you color reproduction for lifelike visuals and minimal color shifts. Level 2 is for when you're viewing photos and videos, giving you a good balance of high image quality. Level 3 gives you the look of reap paper, making it suitable for long hours of reading or word processing. Level 4 is made for environments with dim ambient light.
