Will this work well with the Nikon Z6 II at 4K resolution as a secondary slot function? I've had a few cheaper SanDisk ones that would stop recording every two minutes.

As long as the Hassablad is capable of using SD sized cards and can handle UHS II cards, you should be good to go. How much can go on the card of course will be determined by the size (not the type)of the RAW files and size of movie file. By the way, these are nice fast cards and one of Lexar's best values. SD cards are small and they 128 gb cards should let you do a lot of work. Congratulations on your new Hasselblad medium format mirrorless digital camera. I'll bet it's a killer set-up.
