The LTO-8 Ultrium RW Custom-Labeled Data Cartridge from HPE offers long-term data preservation and rapid, reliable access to data. Each cartridge of this 20-pack offers a native storage capacity of 12TB, with transfer speeds of up to 700 MB/s, and when 2.5:1 compression is utilized the capacity jumps to 30TB. This tape uses barium ferrite (BaFe) technology, supports AES 256-bit encryption, is compatible with the Linear Tape File System (LTFS), and features an archival life of up to 30 years.
