How do you adjust the tension on the suspension line for this specific model such as 33lbs to 41lbs?
There is no adjustment knob on the FLYCAM Flowline. The FLYCAM Flowline Master and Easyrig Minimax will allow you to adjust the spring tension.

Is it possible to mount a camera rig that is lighter than 33 lbs? Will there be any problems in doing so?
You can simply add weights to the camera until you've achieved the target minimum weight of the rig.
