I intend to use my new Canon R3 and 580EX in slave mode with the AD200Pro with the included Godox transmitter. Will this setup work with the 580EX as described?
The 580EX does not have built-in radio functions so it will not trigger off the Godox transmitter. Its optical pulse is also expecting a Canon format signal. You'd need an external optical trigger for the 580EX to fire in response to the AD200's flash. This would provide flash triggering only and not remote or TTL control.

Is there more information on recycle time, as far as what power settings correlate to recycle duration?
The recycle time when the flash is at 1/256 power, it is .01 seconds. When you shoot at full power, it is 2.1 seconds.
