Based on System Area Network (SAN) protocol, the A16S3-PS communicates stored data over a dedicated network, allowing connected users to access and save essential information quickly. With 16 total bays, you can easily install a wide range of 2.5 or 3.5" SAS and SATA drives with a maximum capacity of 224TB. When paired with the included Z2M HBA PCIe 3.0 host interface card, you can experience read and write speeds up to 2500 and 2100 MB/s, respectively, ensuring quick operation across your devices. Depending on your business needs, the A16S3-PS supports multiple RAID configurations including 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and JBOD. You can daisy chain with up to three optional expansion units, giving you up to 896TB of total space with the bays fully populated with 14TB drives. A redundant power supply ensures the system remains powered in the event of a potential failure. The A16S3-PS is compatible with a wide range of Windows and macOS systems with necessary software and can be easily installed into various network cabinets.
