Bought this a few months ago and now the batter doesn't want to charge, what AC adapter would work so I can just plug it in? (Least expensive option please)
I know options but as expensive as the light itself. Just look for sony L series dummy battery to USB or to vmount battery depending on your preference, you should see options to choose from. Goodluck

There are two knobs on the back of the light where you can make those adjustments. You can also use the app.

Unfortunately, this product as sold by B&H did not include a case. Though it is generally advertised w/a pouch, B&H's site did not mention its inclusion--so there wasn't any misrepresentation on their end. Its omission was confirmed by a prompt courteous reply from customer service. The GVM RGB-10s is otherwise an excellent product and this was the first issue I've ever had with a B&H purchase in the 15+ years I've dealt with them. So I just re-purposed a cheap case and didn't pursue the matter. My advice would be to confirm-in advance-the exact contents of any item(s) presented as part of a "package" or "kit" if the peripheral items are important to you.
