The 2 x 8 4K UHD HDMI Splitter/Scaler from A-Neuvideo is a switching splitter designed to provide HDR, HDR10, Dolby Vision, and other HDMI 2.0 audio and video support applications. The unit features a Group Mode, which enables it to function as two independent 1 x 4 splitters. The splitter features 4K UHD HDMI video sources, of up to 4K @ 60 Hz (4:4:4, 8-bit), and can operate with 10-bit or 12-bit HDR sources. LPCM 7.1, Bitstream, and HD Bitstream audio pass-through is available with up to 192 kHz of audio sampling rates.
Each output features an independent HDCP management engine and can be configured to a range of 4K to 1080p. When several different displays are connected, you can apply the color space conversion (4:4:4 to 4:2:0). The CEC Active Source command allows you to reset the input selection on CEC-compatible displays connected to the unit. The unit features front-panel OSD and RS-232 controls, one HDMI input, and four HDMI outputs. The back panel features four HDMI outputs, one HDMI input, a USB input, an RS-232 connector, and a 5 VDC power input.
