It was easy to assemble once you apply enough force on the metal wires and lock them in place. This thing is huge... I got the 48" one for a small studio at home. It also comes with a nice travel/storage bag. It has double diffusers (one internal, and external that you see in the pic) and mounts easily to my flash strobes.

The Angler Grid for Quick Open Deep Parabolic Softbox (36") is the same size as the Westcott Beauty Dish Switch by Manny Ortiz (36"), so it should fit, but since neither is designed to be used with the other, it may not work well.

Due to the slight differences in the sizes and mounting of accessories such as a Grid it is not clear if this particular Grid will fit on a Paul C Buff softbox. It simply may not fit as intended.
