Will the half rack Rolls HR78X Digital AM/FM Tuner with XLR Output B&H # ROHR78X MFR # HR78X fit into this mounting bracket?

I'm sorry, but I don't think that would fit. I would recommend using a tray like B&H # RORMS270 for one or two half rack units, in a single rack space, or long rack ears like B&H # ROHR31 .
