Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner

Fast, efficient, and easy to use, the Duplex Combo Scanner from Xerox is an ideal scanning solution for retail, banking, government, financial, healthcare, and similar small office environments that benefit from the scanner's ability to capture, share, and securely process a variety of routine business documents, as well as plastic ID cards, passports, damaged documents, thick publications, and more. The scanner features an optical resolution of 600 dpi and 24-bit color depth for sharp and detailed scans, and the unit's 35-sheet ADF has a single-pass design to easily accommodate both single and double-sided documents at speeds of 25 ppm in simplex mode and 50 ipm in duplex mode. Additionally, the ADF accommodates documents up to 8.5" x 118", while the flatbed scanner has a maximum document size of 8.5 x 11.7".

Included with the Duplex Combo Scanner is ABBY Fine Reader Sprint, a powerful OCR software that scans paper documents and converts them into editable formats including PDF, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Extremely accurate, Fine Reader Sprint eliminates the need to retype or reformat documents, while also improving the overall quality of your scans. The unit also comes with ABBY Business Card Reader, which allows you to scan and manage all your business cards and contacts, and for ease of use the scanner also features 9 preset scan jobs for quick-and-easy operation through the Visioneer OneTouch software and automatic batch separating with advanced indexing through the bundled Visioneer Capture SE software.
