The cable is advertised as 17.2 and is actually 13.5 - with connectors (which are not normally included in the length) it still maxes out at 16

Is this cable compatible with the Panasonic BGH1?

No, the BGH1 uses a DC power port. You can also power the camera through a 12V DC input and through ethernet using PoE+. USB-C can also be used as long as it is receiving a PD USB-C source.

Will this work to adapt a vmount battery to the bottom lemo port of the Tilta Float?

Yes, The Tilta RS2 base adapter has a 2 Pin lemo connection that the Tilta D-Tap to 2-Pin Power Cable for BMPCC 4K Cameras would work with.
