I want to use this to mount a 15mm rod on a cheese plate. What is the mounting screw? Can the anti-twist pin be removed?

The Tilta 15mm Single Rod Holder for Camera Cage Side (Tilta Gray) screw size is 1/4-20. We are not aware that any other parts of this adapter can be removed.

Could this be used with other cages. like mounting the Tilta wireless follow focus onto a Fuji Xt4 with cage? thanks

It's a 1/4 20" screw so it should work, but it is especially designed for the Tilta cages.

is it a ratcheting handle? I actually want to put this on the front of the pictured top cage handle. Would it be possible?

Yes, The Tilta 15mm Single Rod Holder for Camera Cage Side features a ratcheting handle that you could reposition by slightly pulling on the handle once tightened.
