The ring light has color temperature that's variable from a warm 3200 to a cool 5600K to match other fixtures or ambient light situations or for creative effects. A 110 to 220 VAC adapter is provided, as is a Bluetooth remote control, and a carry case for storage and transport.

Yes unit will restart when line power is interrupted then reapplied.
Place the "power" switch in the "DC" position.
I'm unsure what effect this will have on the electronics but it works.
