AKG K371 Reviews

Comfortable. Good Sound. Bass.

I'm not an audiophile snob, but I do have a decent ear for most sound quality stuff. My brother got me these headphones along with a pair of other headphones to compare before shipping one set back. I chose these because they were smaller and lighter and had more bass. I'm glad I chose these. Some of the music I listen to hits really low bass, and these can handle down to like 40hz. they don't really do well with notes down around 30hz, but you can barely hear it. On the other end of the spectrum, they aren't really "bright" with the highs, but I'm fine with that because it can hurt your eardrums. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. So far the fake leather has been holding up. I have had other headphones in the past that had the fake leather tear/fall apart really quickly. BTW I mostly listen to electronic music, and I use these exclusively with my computer.

Reasonably accurate but poor ear pad longevity

Reasonably accurate headphone. Worth recommending but ear pad longevity is poor and OEM replacements aren't available. So, these headphones can be enjoyed for at least 1/2 year (in my case 1.5 years) before the ear pads fall apart.
