Can this be used with Sky-Watcher EQM-35 EQ GoTo Mount?
This GoTo mount has already included, a Software Polar Adjustment or using the
built in Polar Scope.
The MFR does not mention its replaceable, or any other accessory.

You do not. The model comes with the iOptron iPolar External Mounting Adapter for Sky-Watcher HEQ5 Mounts, which should work with the Pro.
