HP 840 G6 14" Overview

The HP 14" Elitebook 840 G6 Laptop is designed for modern mobile professionals. It offers a highly secure and manageable system with powerful collaboration tools that enables the enterprise workforce to be more productive and secure on the go or in the office.

The 14" display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The IPS panel provides wider viewing angles while the anti-glare coating helps reduce glare.

The system is powered by an 8th Gen 1.9 GHz Intel Core i7-8665U Quad-Core processor. It also has 16GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM, a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.0, Thunderbolt 3, USB Type-A, and a docking connector. In the event that you need to restore the system, this EliteBook 840 G6 has 32GB of HP Sure Recovery storage, which is an automated operating system recovery solution integrated into the hardware and firmware.

Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) includes all of the features of Windows 10 Home plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access. Devices will also be able to join domains and the Azure Active Directory, and they can even access a specialized version of the Windows Store featuring custom, company-specific applications.
