question

I'm curious, what is the purpose the bulb is not included?
Asked by: Neo
Most tungsten fixtures such as this one do not include a bulb when the fixture is purchased on its own. The correct bulb to use for this fixture is Dedolight DL150 Lamp (150W/24V) B&H # DEDL150.

According to the manufacturer site, this head is compatible with the DP1, DP2, and DP3 projectors. All those projectors come with and without lenses. What's the difference between the projectors? And what's the difference with and without the lenses? My goal is to project a gobo image onto a wall or person.
Asked by: Duane
The DP3 https://bhpho.to/2vzDd4x would be the best choice for use with a 150w tungsten light. It has a fan built in to allow for long run times. The DP2 does not allow for Gobos or attachments. The DP1 would also work but does not have the cooling fan. The lens is what allows for focus and control of the light beam.
