Perfect and Quick Solution

Such a simple device that packs a good punch of quality and ease of use. My grandparents have thousands of slides from the turn of the century that were gathering dust as forgotten memories. While it is fun to pull out the projector to view the slides, it is time consuming, especially if you already plan on digitizing them. The little LCD display screen makes it so I can quickly load a slide and decide if I want to scan a copy or not. Once I have a big pile I have scanned, I pop the memory card into my computer, transfer them to my computer, then open all the images as a group to view collectively that way as opposed to the projector. You easily slide a new one in like an assembly line so you can just push them through for quick viewing. I have only used for slides so far but so useful knowing it can accommodate everything else as well.

Easy to use, nothing to learn with it. I was able to scan all of my 35 mm negatives in one day. Glad I bought it. My only concern with it is that sometimes the negative strip will bind in the guide, but it is nothing but an annoyance from time to time. Well worth the money to allow quick easy scanning of negatives.

Great for digitizing all those old negatives...

This is an inexpensive but great way to digitize all those old negatives one has laying around. While the resolution isn't something that one will make giant prints from, it works perfectly for scanning and archiving old photo negatives. Very happy with the results.

Min USB connection obsolete

The viewer works well, but I wanted to download slides from the viewer directly to my IPAD, but could not find a mini USB connector to a Thunder bolt connection. In fact it is hard to find any mini USB cords at all. Disappointed.

I found a box that contained 100 slides. The scanner only scans one slide at a time. This is perfect if you just have a few slides to do. It also scans negatives.

Never thought it could be this simple. Fifteen minutes after I took it out of the box I was scanning b&w negatives. color negatives and slides. Slide the film, push a button. Slide the film, push a button. It's that simple.
