The Switchcraft PT8FX8MX2DB25 is a 1 RU, 8-Channel XLR input/output rackmount patchbay that provides sound engineers with easy, front-of-the-rack access to hard-to-reach I/Os located on the back panels of their equipment—for any permanent or mobile studio environment. The unit is compatible with any piece of equipment utilizing DB25 and male/female XLR connections including audio consoles, mic preamps, channel strips, outboard gear, and more.
The PT8FX8MX2DB25 features eight XLR female inputs and eight XLR male outputs on the front panel. The unit is hardwired to two DB25 back-panel connectors utilizing the Tascam DTRS standard pinout. DB25 breakout cables are available separately.
