I already had Mamiya M645 Manual Focus lenses, so for me this was an obvious solution for the occasional requirement of Tilt/Shift functionality on a Nikon Z system. I have just tried the adapter out with M645 lenses and it is functioning as per expectations. This is an inexpensive solution for those who need such an occasional requirement, as the M645 lenses cost very little in the used market. As the lenses are Medium Format lenses on a full frame sensor, the image circle is large enough to use the shift function satisfactorily.
