Hazard 4 Pillbox Optics Shell-Pack Reviews
Space efficient, customisable.
The bag pack is pretty good, resistant and rigid enough to protect your stuff. The extended parts are too expensive. The comfort is OK.
Heavy, but very sturdy.
Empty pack is heavier than your average tatical backpack due to the different material of the hard shell to normal condura. However, the straps are comfortable enough so that I could carry up to 30 lbs without losing much ergonomics. The hardshell also meant that normal use would require the backpack to be opened differently to a normal backpack. It has to be laid horizontally most of the time.
A lot of good but one fatal flaw
So overall the bag is good--- made with sturdy materials but it has one fatal flaw and that is the zippers. They tend to catch and don't move smoothly. They also feel very cheaply made. for 230 bucks, the zippers should not be like this.
This is a real good bag, and the price at B&H was unbeatable, saved me $60.00 from the manufacturers price. Well worth it.
So far so good
The lack of the last star is because of the price being so high ( but totally worth it so far ) and the stock outlines of the specs being a bit confusing at times the bag it’s self is great I have a not so heavy AR Pistol and back up pistol secured inside along with high capacity magazines and the straps not only hold up to the weight but seem to be saying give me more my large knife connected to the outer molle and emergency kit attached to the bottom bag I use the second interior area for daily stuff paper pencil iPods etc... very snug fit may have to dial it back and then my iPad in the rear slide in spot looks great cane intact and well packaged
Great pack, fits everything I need and protects really well. I use it when I'm flying for work and so far it's holding up well.
Perfect for keeping everything protected outdoors
