The Blitz 500 Wireless HDMI/3G-SDI Transmission System from ikan features uncompressed, zero-delay wireless video. The system features a maximum range of 1230' line-of-sight and an optimal range up to 500'. The receiver features one HDMI output and two 3G-SDI outputs, and the transmitter has one HDMI input, one SDI input, and one SDI loop output. One Blitz 500 transmitter can transmit to up to four compatible receivers.
The Blitz 500 transmitter is small and lightweight and it features two 5 GHz antennas; the two included mushroom antennas can also be used for longer range transmissions. The receiver features five internal antennas to ensure a strong signal as well as four signal strength LED indicators.
Sony L-Series battery plates come pre-installed on each unit and allow you to power the units, and an AC power adapter is included to power the receiver. The kit also includes two 4-pin LEMO to D-Tap power cables to power the transmitter and receiver with the same type of pro batteries that power your camera. The Blitz 500 comes equipped inside a durable hard case to make transport easy. An articulating arm, a clamp, and a shoe mount for the transmitter are included to help you mount the units. .
