Alpine Astronomical Baader Temperature Sensor for Steeldrive II Motor Focuser

Designed to work with the Steeldrive II motor focuser, the Alpine Astronomical Baader Temperature Sensor is identical to the one that ships with the focuser and is used to monitor a second piece of gear, including control of dew shield heating pads. The attached cable is 10 feet (3.3m) long to ensure the sensor will reach the front dew shield no matter what size your telescope is—from short Cassegrains to tall Dobsonians. Integration into the Steeldrive is easy: The sensor simply plugs into the motor unit that is mounted on the focusing mechanism and is controlled from the control unit or with the SteelGo control software.
