Is the USB output of this board in stereo? The USB output of the v2 was mono mix
Asked by: Mark
I have 3 of the V2 boards, and their USB out is decidedly mono mixdown, not separated stereo. I hope v3 does fix this. I had to purchase a Scarlett to put after the v2 boards I have to get true stereo to my computer.

How many inputs will be available on my DAW when using the USB function?

This mixer has just 4 USB out channels, which is basically two stereo pair. If you are recording a small ensemble or solo artist this may be ok, but it is really not intended to be a full fledged multi-channel interface, rather a live board with the ability to record a live mix, or stream.
If you are interested in something that might be good in both a live situation where you need a lot of inputs an routing capabilities, yet wish to record tracks to your DAW, consider the Tascam Model 12. It is a hybrid 12/10 io USB interface built in to a nice 12-channel live board.
