The MS211 Desktop PTT or PTM Microphone Stand from Rolls is a 6" gooseneck desktop stand with passive XLR input and output connectors and a momentary mute (or talk) switch. It can be used in the event of a sneeze, cough, or other possible distracting noise while capturing audio with a microphone (sold separately) to record a podcast or other audio event. In addition, it can be configured as push to talk if you need to control a mic that is active for announcing, paging, or sports broadcasting events. The MS211 is a passive device that requires no batteries or power. A microphone clip is included.
